Are updates free?
Yes, when you purchase RetroAuth, you get the current version and all updates within the same minor version, including minor updates, bug fixes, and security fixes.
We may eventually release a new major version including new features, and you will need a separate license for it if you want to upgrade. We will offer you a discounted price for it. However, you're not obligated to upgrade and you may continue to use the version you purchased.
Is this a hosted service?
No, RetroAuth is for installing on your own servers. Contact us if you are interested in a SaaS option.
Does the application send data to other servers, or is your staff able to see my data?
No. RetroAuth is designed with trust in mind. No data is ever transmitted outside your servers, and our staff doesn't have access to your data.
Can I get my money back after purchase?
If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will refund you in full.
Can I install my "Self-Hosted" license on multiple domains?
No, the license is tied to the domain name you chose when purchasing it. If you want to install RetroAuth on multiple domains, you will need multiple licenses.

How is the application distributed?
It is distributed in binary format for Linux and macOS, and as a Docker image for amd64 and arm64 architectures.
